A New Year for the IKI: Funding Opportunities and a Strong Community Engagement
IKI staff from the Federal Environment Ministry, the Federal Foreign Office and Zukunft-Umwelt-Gesellschaft (ZUG) gGmbH.
Dear IKI partners and friends,
We wish you a very happy new year and would like to extend our sincere thanks for the excellent cooperation throughout 2025! We look forward to many more exciting project results, as well as inspiring in-person and virtual exchanges that will continue to bring the IKI community to life in 2026.
We begin the year with a reminder of our current funding opportunities. Project ideas can currently be submitted under all three funding instruments within the IKI Compete framework: IKI Large Grants, IKI Medium Grants and IKI Small Grants. With deadlines approaching, this newsletter brings together all the key information you need.
The Communications Team would also like to share its pleasure at the strong response from the IKI community on LinkedIn. We have now been active on the platform for exactly two years and surpassed the milestone of 20,000 followers at the end of last year. If you have not yet visited our LinkedIn page, we warmly invite you to take a look.
Enjoy reading! Best regards, Your IKI Communications Team
